Laguna Beach, for the one percent of the world that does not know, is a television show of high school, and sometimes college studnets, who are usually rich and love to party/hook-up. They just enjoy life more than the average person, or so it seems to the viewer audience. There has been much debate over the show being directed in a direction or not.
I've read that the producers have had big trouble keeping their cast members from becoming superstars due to interaction with other California celebrities. I think that may be why their cast this season is so different from the other casts. They are meaner, not as pretty, and very closed off in thinking.
I still think it's futile for them to try to stop people on television from becoming superstars, especially something as big as Laguna. I guess we will just wait and see right? Fake blogs will probably exist soon enough and also Myspaces.
